Hi Momma!!(:

im sorry, once again i dont have very much time:( but we have another man marked for baptism!!(: his name is carlos and he's like 45 or 50. yesterday was his third time at church and he bore his testimony!!!! he's gonna be such a good member!(: he's gonna be baptized on the 26th of April!(:

and i really have no idea how the whole skype thing is gonna go down haha, but when i know more i'll let you know haha(:

but i have a question!!!! what's the recipe for Buttermilk Pancakes?! everybody here loves pancakes but no one can make them, so i figured since buttermilks are the freakin best i could just blow their minds haha(:

other than that the work still presses on!!(: ill have more stories next week about my new comp im sure haha(:

if you guys get a chance listen to the talk by Henry B. Erying called "Come Unto Christ", its really freakin good(:

i guess if i wanted the ward to know one thing... well it would be two things. One: Heavenly Father LOVES us; when we truly understand this, and i mean truly understand this, everything becomes so much easier. all our trials, all the challenges in life, questions we have about why certain things happen or why we are here or what we should do... when we know without a shadow of a doubt that God loves us more than we can possibly, humanly comprehend, we start to understand that everything that happens, is meant to help us grow in some way. One of the best scriptures for this is Romans 8:35-39. and number Two: that above all else, we need to know for ourselves. i see members here who get baptized because they love the missionaries or because others tell them its true, but when the challenges and trials come, if they dont have the foundation of a personal testimony, its hard to hold on. its so important, its vital, that each one of us know's for ourselves the truth. when we know for ourselves what is true, it doesn't matter what anyone else says, or what people try to make us think, or what happens to us or our loved ones... because when we know FOR OURSELVES what is true, we have something to hold on too. we have something that will never leave, never give up on us, never fade or erode or dissipate, we have an iron rod to stabalize us. but we have to be the ones holding on to that rod. we can't hold on to someone else who is holding on to the rod, it's not as strong. just as we can't survive off the testimony's of others alone. many times they help us build our own testimonies, just as others may help us to reach the rod. but the most important part, is that we grab the rod for ourselves.

haha, sorry, got a little carried away there(: and now i really gotta run, but i love all you guys so much and ill see you all on mother's day!! ps - invite like brandon over and holly and colton so i can see them too pretty please!!(:

love love love
